We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ölend companion; if it is not the right fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
